SPIC Nagar Higher Secondary School was established in 1973 to cater to the needs of the children of the immediate vicinity. The sisters of the Holy Cross Congregation of Chavanod were requested to run the school. Our school was recognized as a High School in 1977.
In June 1989 a committee consisting of representatives from SPIC, TAC and HWP took over the reins of the school administration from the sisters of Holy Cross and from then on have been successfully steering the school into never heights of achievements. Our school was upgraded as a Higher Secondary School in 1990 to 1991.
